Kids and teachers in the school were reacting to loud banging...takes a while to sort it out and spread the word. Communication wasn't the biggest offense here - it was the idiot taking matters into their own hands and then, what? leaving before the police arrived? what's that about? Do we even really know what happened yet? Did the police ever apprehend this jerk?[/quote]
