Then the oil is on the bottom and it mixes better (but after mixing once, store it upside down and you don’t have to again usually). That said, I don’t eat very much peanut butter, and my son will only eat JIF. I returned our recalled jar today and there wasn’t any jif on the shelf. [/quote]
