It is possible to meal plan and shop, but if you are a busy mom or college student, having pre portioned ingredients and the ability to try no meals with far less waste that shopping for one or two people. It is a great option. I mean why ever go out to eat when it is far more expensive. People like variety and meal kits serve a great option![/quote]
