The officer will show up (the dates are scheduled so the officers can have a court day for all their cases.) he should admit the speeding, say he’s sorry, and has learned his lesson. Present the evidence of the class. Address the judge as your honor and stand up while addressing him/her. It will take most of the day, so he can see how it goes for others people.
