I don’t want thousands of below market rate and subsidized rentals built in current SFH residential areas, for beginners. I can’t say that government subsidized housing is definitely an interest of Ward 7/8 residents, but many white progressive Dems in the District talk as if it is so I’m going off that. [/quote]
