As an advocate of unlimited sick leave (though not one of the rude previous posters) I would always advocate for people in a position of privilege to be generous with pay and benefits. Not everyone can swing all the same benefits so maybe “unlimited” isn’t realistic for some but in general household employers are in a position of relative privilege. Be the change you want to see in the world. At least operate generously and with compassion. OP sounds like a great employer so I have no rude remarks.[/quote]
