It requires a lot of executive functioning and self motivation to get drive to campus, then go to class, than do the homework, etc. I have taken classes at NOVA as an adult and I have actually been in class with younger students who told me some days they leave the house and tell their parents they are going to school and then just go and hang out with friends.
