LOL no.  He voted with the Council to keep schools closed, and then he even tried to introduce a bill to close schools in Jan, 2022.  Plenty of evidence for me that he would have been worse than Bowser on school reopenings.

The teacher's union had a great checklist for what to have to reopen schools.  Bowser ignored it and half-assed the reopening.  Poor HVAC, lots of broken stuff, positions that were never staffed (COVID tracers), etc.  She's definitely the worse for our kids[/quote]
