My preference is for red potatoes, onion, eggs, mayo and sour cream, and possibly something crunchy like chopped peppers. No pickles, no vinegar, nothing sweet, maybe a little bit of mustard. Red Hot and Blue potato salad is closest to how I make my own although their potato chunks are a bit too large for my taste. I acknowledge that many other people like vastly different versions of potato salad. I grew up thinking I couldn't stand potato salad until I finally tasted some that was made the way I like it.[/quote]
