So much whining from his family about not-hot-enough tea if they order out over here![/quote] Voltage doesn’t have anything to do with boiling water. Boiling is at 100C/212F. It might take longer to get to boiling with different voltage though. In response to the first question, I recommended the Krups kettle and it definitely gets to boiling. [/quote]
