Again, this is NOT GERMANE to the topic at hand!  If you want to complain about the 1% of cat owners who would actually let their pets outside in this urban jungle, feel free, but do it ELSEWHERE.  This is a thread about DOG SH T.  One cat crapping in your vegetable garden does not make a sound in the forest of the debate at hand.[/quote]
