Vienna is outside the Beltway. When things cool down even at all, it impacts Vienna before Bethesda, Chevy Chase, McLean, or Arlington. [/quote]

Further out from what? Are you still under the impression all the ‘good jobs’ are in DC/Arlington? There is a healthy tech industry out here in the burbs. Vienna tech people can drive against traffic to Reston quickly and the Dulles corridor[/quote]

Yes, and the people working in Reston can buy cheaper homes in Ashburn.
