Could it be in part that Justice is so Far east in the county that teachers who live in western Fairfax (or Loudoun or Prince William) don’t want to fight traffic and drive past so many other schools? [/quote]

It’s no farther east than TJ or Lewis or Hayfield, and less than Mount Vernon or Edison or west Potomac…[/quote]

I think Mount Vernon and West Po are difficult to get to, but completely disagree about the others which are much closer than Justice and involve less traffic.

We don’t know how many of the vacancies were retirements, illnesses, etc. The pool of replacements is probably much less because of distance.[/quote]

Justice has more openings than West PO and Mt Vernon combined [/quote]
