I have a feeling Ludlow Taylor is likely also impossible. It’s just so depressing that the schools cannot accommodate all preschoolers that are inbounds. Not to mention the amount of fraud taking place when you see a fourth grader roll up in a car with MD plates. I will no doubt complain if a preschooler hops out too that could have taken a spot for my inbounds kid.
LT has 3 PK3 classrooms, just like every other grade at the moment, so it’s PK is more “right-sized” than some of the other Hill PKs (e.g., 10-12 more slots than Maury despite being 40 students smaller overall)… which makes it easier to get into. Traditionally sibs take 1/2 the slots and recently others have ultimately had about a 50% chance of getting in.
Are any out of bound families getting into LT? We are in bounds Maury and would be fine with LT for two years.
Uhm, if only 50% of IB families get in for PK… no.
