Correct. My daughter is not URM or male. Course rigor and grades do go hand in hand. Which is why my DD did not get into these schools. Just pointing out to OP who has kid with worse gpa and no advanced classes that lack of rigor will matter. DD isn’t that book smart but has other excellent qualities that will serve her well in life.
