Yes. This is my feeling too. We’ve hammered into kids that they have to wear masks for two years. We need to help them understand it’s okay to not. And for kids who are doing it because they are anxious or they want to feel safe or[b] they are middle or high schoolers and want to hide behind masks[/b] — we are not setting them up for living in the real world.

If kids are doing it for this reason - literally to hide behind masks - I would be extremely concerned as a parent. There is not a positive sign about the child's mental health state.[/quote]
