I like the bones of this house and the end location, but the renovation was done really cheaply and ripped out any charm. It would be incredibly expensive to add another bathroom at the front on the second floor bc there’s not a plumbing stack there. The sewer line alone would be exorbitant. You could rework the floorplan and get a second bath in the rear but it wouldn’t leave a nice sized primary bedroom anywhere. [/quote]
