I do realize there is not much we can do other than have the HOA slap a fine on him for doing it, I'm just most concerned about his aggressive behavior. He's a psycho. Thanks for your concern :roll: You sound like a wonderful neighbor. why on earth wouldn't you just put your dogs on a leash while walking them if they are so well behaved? Especially since your neighbors asked you to. The leash shouldn't be a problem. I just don't get it, at all.[/quote]
