Good God, give me a break.

I am a shorter dude.  I like lifting weights for exercise and strength. I am quite strong too.  I love the thrill of challenging myself physically and breaking through barriers that I've worked a very long time to get through.

But apparently because I'm short it must be assumed that I'm trying to compensate for something simply because I like to exercise?  Ridiculous.  This would be as asinine as stating that overweight people who get into cooking are doing so because they need to compensate for their fatness. [/quote]

This clearly shows the discrimination that is accepted in society.  People lodge criticisms against short people, short people defend themselves, then it is always claimed that a short person must have a complex.  Imagine being black, criticizing the system for all of the racial descrimination, then white people telling black people that they must have kind of inferiority complex whenever they defend themselves.  That's exactly the same kind of thing going on whenever someone short stands up for themselves.[/quote]
