"US property prices" have nothing to do with "DC area property prices" as all market conditions differ widely. And as far as "DC area property prices" go - depends where you're looking. You can find a $22K teardown in close-in Prince George's County. Or a $650K teardown in close-in Montgomery or Arlington Counties. See how that works? [/quote]
