Exactly -- see GWB's "Partial Birth Abortion Ban".... it was written and presented without the consideration of the life and health of the mother -- two things that have been top considerations for abortion laws.  IMO, it was written that way purposely so the Repubs could say "See, we tried!" all the while knowing that it would be struck down. [/quote]
