OP you aren’t going to get 1) honest feedback 2) it is all relative People that are truly slim naturally and “eat what they want” don’t want to eat the same things and the same amounts that those who struggle with their weight do.
I think this is true. I do basically eat what I want and I remain slim. Sometimes healthfully, sometimes pretty terribly. Mostly during the pandemic it has been terribly - but I do go through phases where I eat well in the spirit of trying to be healthy. In the past I have worked out regularly, currently am not. It doesn't have much of an impact on my overall size - maybe 5 pounds maximum? Two kids, baby weight fell off without any effort aside from breastfeeding (which some people say prevents them from losing). I look/feel healthier with better lifestyle choices, but my weight just doesn't change much. I'm also only 40, so I know this could change, but my mom has always been similar. If I eat a lot one day, my appetite is a lot less the next, and I eat less naturally. I never count calories. (If I intentionally wanted to lose 5 pounds, I would have to count calories or exercise with intention.) I do snack, but only if I'm hungry (so if I have large meals I don't feel like snacking typically). I've been around people who have more struggles with their weight, and they just seem to be hungry more frequently, and eat bigger portions, etc.
