I am confused, I thought you said they needed advance planning.

This text string seems fine. Given the mutual animosity between your wife and parents and the fact that your wife doesn't want to do things with them, I am not surprised they only address you.  If you want things to change, go to a therapist and work through what you can and cannot do.[/quote]
