[/quote] DP, I’m the one that just posted about MADabolic. I used to do yoga, HIIT, barre. I was thin but not muscular. At metabolic we use really heavy weights and it’s the only thing that has ever toned my butt![/quote] I unfortunately live in Centreville and there are is no MADabolic or Barre3 location near me.
