NP. We moved to the Hamlet from a high-rise Arlington and live right up against the toll road.  Been here for about three years and I only note the noise during one time a year.  Right after the leaves come down, it seems like there is a bit more noise for a week or so until my brain adjusts. Otherwise, I never notice it. I do notice the leaf blowers and general maintenance sounds but consider these a very good thing since people in the Hamlet take pride in keeping their yards in good condition. Love that my teens can ride their bikes to the pool and tennis courts and generally have plenty of friends around.

Also, FASS Results is a gem.  They were the sellers’ agent when we bought, but it really stood out to our realtor how they were willing to do everything possible to make the transaction go smoothly and gracefully for everyone.
