Guess that’s just the way it is and we need to keep throwing millions into programs, summer jobs, after school programs, snap, ent, free money to go to schools, but to not demand any self accountability for any of this stuff. It’s just intractable right? But any complaints about it and seeking change would be too patronizing? I think the current solution is to keep complaining that there are not enough resources, when there are actually a bunch, but not hold any parents accountable for their actions because it’s not w0ke enough.[/quote]
