Smart kid/smart family.  Assuming they truly are what they claim to be, they were smart enough to take advantage of this opportunity.  Assuming they lied, well, they were smart enough to game a stupid, immoral system.

As an aside, while I get and appreciate the need to provide these admission benefits to Native Americans of the United States, why should anything at all be done for those of Mexican heritage?  Enlighten me please..[/quote]

Too bad me or my kids qualify for any of this nonsense.  The whole system is a sham.  If there was a way around it for us, we'd take it.  No shame is sticking it to a system that's trying to f**k you over.  My kids are aware of that.  [/quote]
