Curious as to your insight to this rumor? If true it would be great as it would give majority of clubs the opportunity to play each other more often instead of having to wait for a tournament.  Based on the current clubs they should be able to create a North and South division avoiding long travel for those who think it's an issue.  I assume North vs South would get to play in showcase tournaments similar to what CCL does now.  I like the promotion/relegation for the older age groups if true.[/quote]

At this point I'm wondering why NCSL was not good enough for these clubs.  Maybe not elite enough, or some parent of child wanted to flex their managment skills.  Promotion/relegation is still the best way to find out which team is good enough.  It takes time to reach the top, and I guess impatience can also be a factor for creating "elite" leagues.[/quote]
