Fruit IS PART OF a healthy meal. It's a little concerning you are not aware of this, OP. They provide valuable vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Both my family and my husband's family eat fruit as dessert for dinner.
You don't need fruit at every meal as long as you have enough in a day. So you are WRONG.
So what?
Fruit does not need to be part of every meal. Are you ESL?
what is ESL? I only know it as an educational class. I agree that fruit does not need to be part of every meal. But I would add: Grains do not need to be part of every meal. Veggies do not need to be part of every meal. Meat does not need to be part of every meal. Dairy does not need to be part of every meal. If your spouse would like to have fruit at dinner, what is the problem? Have some fruit on the table for him. Just because it is on the TJ le doesn’t mean you have to eat it. Ask him what kind of fruit he would like with dinner if that is an issue.
