Also, “middle aged spread” doesn’t mean you gain weight, it is that your shape literally changes with the hormone drop off. So you can diet And restrict all you want, but spare tire will still appear eventually, even with little weight change. Especially if your waist is not proportionately small compared to hips pre menopause [/quote]
