Brookside resident here.

Brookside is in Warrenton (mailing address is Warrenton,  20187).  Vint Hill is neighboring town.  Walking distance from Brookside.

Warrenton proper (downtown) is about 6 miles from Brookside/Vint Hill.

Amazon is putting a data center in Warrenton.

For any catholics, check out St. John the Evangelist church.   It is one of the most beautiful churches I have seen.  Looks European. All stone. Gorgeous [/quote]

all three, I believe, are like Mayberry.  I live in brookside but the town of Warrenton is lovely.  as is vint hill.

the one downside of Warrenton is there isn't high speed internet through the county, but they are working on that.  along 29 they are burying the lines to get it to the area.

in brookside and vint hill there is high speed internet.

the people here are very nice.  they are less inclined to wear masks.  not sure what the percentage of people that are vaccinated.  the children in the school (private) don't all wear masks.  they are encouraged, but not required.[/quote]
