My kindergartner came home today and told me through tears about show and tell in his classroom today. He was majorly upset that he couldn’t see any faces - “mom, do you think they liked it? I couldn’t see if anyone was smiling at me.” My younger one is learning about what facial expressions mean using photos the teachers printed from the internet instead of just laughing and crying with friends. Anyone who thinks this is not impacting the development of our kids in every way is totally out to lunch. [/quote]
