I’m doing well with my diet with the exception of getting rid of the need to have something sweet or carby after dinner (my go to was usually a bowl of Cheerios or granola). I get bad heartburn if I try to go to bed without eating something. But need something better. Fruit doesn’t do it for me. Any ideas (oh and I am allergic to chocolate so advice like “one square of dark chocolate” won’t work for me)
If you're a Costco member (you can also get them on Amazon but make sure they're the same size serving as Costco)., they sell the most amazing gummy bears  I feel silly even saying it as I'm a grown adult, but they're really good - very authentic when compared to the OG Haribo Gummy Bears. And they come in 70 calorie packets. One pouch does the trick for me! https://smile.amazon.com/Black-Forest-Organic-Candy-Gummy/dp/B06Y6485FQ/ref=sr_1_9?crid=336YBQKBSW8DM&keywords=black+forest+gummy+bears&qid=1641657968&sprefix=black+forest%2Caps%2C145&sr=8-9
