French students have the most in-person weeks of education of any Western nation since March 2020. The adults feel the consequences, while the kids keep chugging away at school. But you have to have buy-in from the police. In France, the police strictly ticket and arrest those who violate the lockdown. Whereas in the US, the police have been some of the biggest anti-vaxxers and anti-lockdown proponents.[/quote]
