It’s one thing to make the decision this early when there is a high degree of certainty about the next day’s weather.  This is not that situation.  They should have waited until tomorrow morning to make the call.[/quote]

I think most of the people who complain about calls made that morning are poor planners.  If you need to figure out alternative childcare, there is no reason you cannot  are that back-up plan the night before based on the forecast and then wait until the morning to confirm once you see what APS does.  I don’t know why some people are seemingly too stupid to figure that out.[/quote]
