We are a former Capital City family and I am very saddened to hear how badly they continue to fail their community with regard to COVID protocols. It is truly tragic and borders on criminal due to the fact that they are not meeting their mandate to educate to even a minimum standard.[/quote]

Yes, agreed. And they are doing half day wednesday and asynchronous thursday. Not sure how this counts as meeting the minimum standard. [/quote]
