[/quote] I was obeying the traffic laws when I was riding in a bike lane downtown and got hit by an Uber driver who suddenly decided to drive in the bike lane instead of the rest of the street so he could get to the next intersection faster. But sure, the problem is definitely not cars.[/quote]
