It’s funny how you haven’t shared what the constraints are. What specifically prevents both of you from working out? Pretty much everyone here is working outside the home, commuting and juggling the many demands of raising kids. And many have figured it out where both partners can work out. But you’re determined to say that option is out without entertaining the notion that with some changes you might both be able to get what you want.
