MV did a whole presentation about their turnover and even called it unprecedented (10% = 17 people) is not normal - even by pandemic standards.

Staffing & Turnover

especially teachers.
• Pandemic burnout at our school like others is real. Research
says that schools are seeing resignations of 20 percent.
• Unprecedented number of unexpected resignations since the
end of summer.
• Approximately nine percent have left our school since the end
of summer (17 individuals).
• We have the benefit of a deep bench of talented staff - six
percent have shifted into vacant roles within our school.
• We are actively recruiting externally to fill remaining
