Real estate for charters is a real challenge.[/quote] This is a wild guess, but I would not be shocked at all if the founders of this school were expecting a massive donation from some wealthy Middle Eastern state--Saudi Arabia most likely, or perhaps Bahrain--to cover the purchase of a building in Ward 3 that could house the school.
