Amazon increased pay across the board in the past year but only new hires are getting it. He should probably go elsewhere if he doesn’t want to be underpaid and overworked at Amazon. I know someone who quit as an L5 making 200k and a month later Amazon came back offering her 300k without needing to interview again[/quote]
