All I did was read the linked article. Rogen’s tweets seem very innocuous to me! I suspect the you tube dude is making a fuss for media attention.
I’m not sure you read it because the YouTube guy, Casey Neistat, didn’t make a fuss at all. It was trending on Twitter because of Seth alone
“Neistat, 40, who used to be a prominent YouTuber in New York before moving to the West Coast, took to Twitter on Wednesday to tell his followers that 'our cars got robbed,' and blamed the city for being a 'crime riddled 3rd world s**thole of a city.'” This is making a fuss and whining. Seth responded by whining right back. They both should’ve kept their mouth closed.
But why is seth taking it so personally that his city is called a shithole? Is he the city spokesperson? Why jump in? I would also be miffed about increased crime and victim blaming.
Do you only read the entertainment forum? Literally you can open a thread discussing DC and seeing people defending their city/state/country. What Seth did isn’t unusual. Casey wasn’t miffed. Casey just assumed since he was rich and YouTube famous it wouldn’t happen to him.
