I'm Catholic. If my children were going to go to a Catholic college, I'd look first at Jesuit and Augustinian. Not sure I'd consider others.

Agree, PP is making a distinction without a difference. Benedictine colleges are great as are Holy Cross, etc.[/quote]

If your kid plans to study philosophy, theology, or get really involved in on-campus religious life it is perhaps something to consider but for everyone else I'm not sure why it really matters.[/quote]
