That's on OP.  They are off the hook as OP refuses to let the kids live with the other parent or visit.  If its such an issue, the kids need to go live with the other parent.  Child support is by formula which takes timeshare into consideration.  They wanted and got full custody.  So, with full custody that lets the other parent off the hook.[/quote]

If you ex is deployed you can't drag him to court. There are actual laws that protect military from these kinds of actions. The answer to your question is you already are getting more than a court would award you so it doesn't matter what you think is fair.[/quote]
