She didn't post them, and you'd have to argue that she's somehow responsible for everything that anyone posts on her social media accounts. That's not really how it works. Unless she explicitly says she's moderating her feed and will delete posts she doesn't agree with, her silence isn't likely to be construed as consent. [/quote]
