Last year they changed it. If your kid is at a school with level IV (either local or center), the committee decides the pool score [b]for your school[/b]. If your kid is at a school without any level IV, the pool score is the county-wide one, also decided by the committee.

Our AART at our center (also our base) said "the cut-off score [i]for our school[/i]" at the levels of service meeting. It just so happened to be 132, which is what the county cut-off also is.

I also remember this from last December where Pekarsky voted to use building norms plus national norms (so if your building cut-off somehow would actually be 140, the kids 132-139 are still in-pool):
