Parents will only question their own judgment because they are insecure or scared about their child's relevance, performance, and playing time. If you move on it affirms their own worries, lots of educational and recreational and sporting organizations thrive on this fear. Talk honestly with the coach and club about your expectations and thoughts about next steps, they want your kid to stay or go somewhere to be successful.
