Angry, hateful people are time bombs waiting to explode.[/quote] No, Norwood was caught stealing from the store and knew the victim was going to turn her in, so she lured her back to the store saying she forgot her purse or something then attacked her. She was trying to make it look like a robbery, but it was definitely premeditated b/c she tried to dump the victim's car and brought plastic zip ties to tie up her hand's as well as the woman she murdered.[/quote]
