Well I'm from FCC and I'd like to know your identity.  If we're going to name-and-shame the transgressors, we should also name-and-praise the publicly extra-pious, right?  Fair's fair.  Plus, it'll give the hopefully very regretful child and his parents a chance to make sure their accusers haven't said or done anything, ever, that they regret and would prefer not be made public.
