Should the Pep Rally be a mandatory event? Some students just aren’t that into school spirit. There’s a lot of students who are disconnected especially after the 18 months of online learning.

I couldn't care less if there is a pep rally (though I do like the back-to-normal aspect of doing things they've always done.)  But come on.  If the school tells students to attend something in the schoolday, the kids should have to attend.  Yes, with unexcused absences if they don't.  (But then, unexcused absences are meaningless anyway.)  It seems like we've moved way down the curve of no accountability for kids.  [/quote]
